New Hampshire Catholic CharitiesMission:
New Hampshire Catholic Charities in founded in the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. Serving all people, we strive for social justice and dedicate ourselves to providing quality health and social service programs that heal, comfort and empower.

Family Services:
Includes individual, family and marital counseling, community education workshops on parenting and couples communication, elderly services, maternity and adoption services, and information and referral.

Parish and Community Outreach:
Outreach coordinators join with parish and community groups in assessing and responding to unmet needs. Staff provide training and organizational leadership as services are developed and advocate for social change within the wider community. Parish Outreach is rooted in the principals of Catholic Social Teaching.

Institutional Services:
Offers a "residents first" approach to both long-term and short-term care through six health care facilities throughout the state. Health care teams work to create an atmosphere that is warm, loving and as "home-like" as possible. Individual care plans, therapeutic activities and planned entertainment and social events ensure continuing active lifestyles for residents.

The New Hampshire Food Bank:
Located in Manchester, serves the hungry throughout the state by working to increase availability and distribution of high quality nutritious foods to area food pantries, soup kitchens, children's programs, elderly meal sites and other agencies committed to ending hunger.

Immigration and Refugee Services:
Provides casework and guidance throughout the process of becoming a citizen - from immigration through naturalization,

Services to Persons with Disabilities:
Including counseling, support groups, handicapped access advocacy and information and referral services.

Interfaith Community Needs Advocate Program:
a network of supportive and trained volunteers to assist and encourage persons in a financial crisis
